At Voyage Eyewear, we want you to see the world clearly and confidently, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all our fashion-forward frames. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your eyewear securely in its original hard case and shipping box, ensuring you include all accessories like microfiber cloths and authenticity cards.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, our team will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
